Resolved Question: Are we as a society in a low intensity state of Civil War between the religious right and everyone else?

I believe that we are. I believe that this nation is in a fight for it’s soul.
One side wants this nation to continue as it always was, a trade based, secular society with civil rights and protections for minorities.
The other side wants a value based culture of dominance based in theological rhettoric.
I think it’s time [...]
